- Stella brings an international influence to real estate, having lived in Hong Kong, Australia, London, California and most recently Vermont. She began her real estate career in London, England in 1998 working with buyers, sellers, investors & developers in a highly competitive marketplace. Recently awarded Northern Vermont Board of Realtors Rookie of the year 2009, Stella has recently relocated back to the Bay Area. Stella is the epitome of the Realtor Young Professional. Since entering the field, she has embraced the profession utilizing technology and social networking to drive her business; not to mention good old fashioned hard work. "Property has always been my passion - matching people with the right house either for themselves or investment purposes gives me great satisfaction" Stella was recently awarded the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society award for 2009 – 2010, an award only achieved by the top 5% of all sales associates internationally. Stella has now returned to Hong Kong to continue her extremely successful real estate career. Her international experience and knowledge of Hong Kong will only be an asset to CBRE Residential Hong Kong.
